  1. Analytical cookies

We use an analytics service from Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies through which it reports visits to our website. Analytics are collected by anonymizing visitors’ IP addresses and then transmitted and stored by Google on their servers in the United States.

Google may transfer this information to third parties where required by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf.

If you use other Google services, your data may be processed in combination with other relevant information for advertising purposes. We have no control over Google ‘s policies and practices regarding the processing of your data on its behalf .

Important note : In July 2020, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) declared the EU-US Privacy Shield framework invalid. (This framework was the mechanism by which companies could transfer personal information or data to the US in accordance with the General Regulation on Data Protection (GDPR)). Previously, the CJEU’s decision to transmit data to Google Analytics was based on this framework. Following the decision, the data transfers shall be based on standard contractual clauses provided by Google (Article 46 of the GDPR) and, in addition, on your express consent, in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 49, (1), (a) of the GDPR, in the absence of a decision on the adequate level of protection. Data subjects should be aware that their data may be used for profiling by Google and transmitted to the United States and may be accessed by a competent public or security authority under the United States security framework.

You can revoke your consent to the data processing described above by clicking the cookie banner and refusing the use of analytical cookies. The revocation has the effect that Google Analytics will no longer collect any data on the terminal device used by you when you give your revocation.
